1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Devroks's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Devroks provides IT consulting, software development, design, and related technology services as agreed upon in individual project contracts. Each engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom-developed code and assets created for their project. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses.
4. Payments
Payment terms are specified in individual project contracts. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly late fee. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
5. Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously and are happy to sign NDAs. We will not disclose your project information or business data to any third parties without your consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Devroks's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
